I took a trip up to the White Mountains yesterday. The fishing was good but not great. The low water made it challenging and the fish have started to smarten up some. Quite a few takes were missed but some solid fish were caught to boot. The male brookies are starting to color up well in preparation for spawning later this month. I don’t feel like recapping the entire trip so enjoy these photos. Fall fishing is right around the corner!
