As you may know, I have a love affair with the Connecticut River headwaters up in Pittsburg, NH.
It’s a great tailwater with an abundance of fish. It’s where I learned to fly fish. About 10 years ago, guide Bill Bernhardt of Lopstick put me on some trout. I think that first trout on a fly is memorable. So, that’s why I always have a soft spot for that river and head up to Pittsburg each summer. Good times.
So, it was really fun to see the above new video about Bill and Lopstick. Some great water and kind people up there.
