Images from The Connecticut Angler Stumbled across this cool blog the other day… not purely fly, for those of you who only fly fish, but there’s a good assortment of types of fishing, characterized by great writing and pictures. Check it out, definitely a good read. http://kierran.blogspot.com/

‘Small Stream Reflections’
(Brk Trt) Yet another awesome blog is Small Stream Reflections. It’s basically art in the form of a blog. Beautiful photographs, earnest prose, and the adventures of chasing brook trout. Brk Trt has a true passion for fly tying and finding wild fish. I read often the blog.
‘Connecticut Fly Angler’
(RM Lytle) If you haven’t read the Connecticut Fly Angler blog, I think you should. I avidly read it and really enjoy the pictures. The author, R.M. Lytle, seems to fish just about every day. I’m jealous. He goes after trout, bass, carp, and sunfish. He has caught some monsters. So, give it a whirl
‘Waking Up Water’
(Grant Figura) You may know of Grant Figura, a local guide and photographer. I’ve written about him in the past (here), and he wrote a guest post on streamers (here). I follow his blog, and it is one of my favorites. The photographs he takes are simply incredible. He also seems like a nice guy.
