The good folks at Orvis Dedham are offering some fly fishing lessons. The classes are free and will cover fly casting, rigging and knots. They’ll be on Saturday mornings, 9 am to 12 noon, and people who complete the class will be eligible for some discounts.
Cynthia Harkness, the store’s Fishing Manager, will be one of the instructors. She is a phenomenal angler and is passionate about getting new people on the water. See below for a fly fishing club that she started.
